Bad day at work

Office PC crashed, efficiency level down to almost 50%.
Double duper, it crashed again after restored, suspect harddisk problem.
Monday to be replaced hopefully.

So many things to do but handicap. Wonder how we work without a PC
these days..

Blogging Sunday.. or Monday

Just a recap on my day.
Nothing fancy, managed to watch midnite - Star Wars III.
This time did better, slept for 2secs before I slap myself awake.

Eyes were half close for 2nd part of the show.
More like a torture waiting for the ending. Wife was sleeping after she finished her Nachos.. hahaha..

Awhile ago, my mum out of the blue came up to me and told me there was an "explosion" downstairs.

Went to take a peek and saw some floating stuffs on river behind my house.


Took some pics, that is after 11pm+ when I just bath.. purposely went down some more with my mum. haha..

Early Sun..

Just finished watching the FA Cup.
Never expected Man Utd to play so well, but unlucky to lose via penalties to Arsenal.
*sigh*..

Anyway was going thru my stuffs and decide to try a product shot of this present I got for my dad.

Lazy to get a good background drop for me to do editing lazy..



After editing, very rough edges, can't expect good work doing it at 1:40am. haha..



Story goes like this, I was having a meeting in the office with this nice guy.
He show me some samples of his pen, not bad, leather too.

"Don't mind I bite it? Or use something to burn it? Real leather?"
"eh.. real.."

After the meeting was over, I pondered and decided to get one for my dad, father-in-law, myself, some spares for future give away.

"harlo.. its me - Mark, can you bring some of the pen over for our next meeting tomorrow?"
"okie, no problem"
"cash, cheque? btw, you accept credit card?"

Shown to mum when I came back from office, she politely told me.
"ah.. pen hor, your dad prefer cash.. so next time.."
*thought dad like to sign credit card, maybe with this pen.. oh well..*

Hopefully both dads will like it. Father's day coming.. :)
Oh yes, still to book the buffet luncheon for my actual dad birthday 29th May..

Borin Sat

Woke up at 9am, went for breakfast at a Kopi Tiam near my place.
Start to order food n ask wife to locate a vacant seat.
After I got the food, went to the table my wife was seated.

We started eating n I notice ah lau with an empty bottle of tiger talking loudly, more like shouting. kaoz.. damn early in the morning to be drinking.
He was just seated diagonally across our table, wife keeps on talking, n I was wondering - *eh hmm, of all place why choose near this drunk bugger*

I just look around for any empty chair in case he get funny so I can whack him up with it. Wife was happily eating n chatting while I was just half concentrating on her topics, more on the drunk bugger who's getting nearer.

Surprising nothing happens, not that I hope it does. The drunk bugger just slumber out of the kopi tiam. N I finished my Laska in peace, before i commented.
"Do you happens to look around before you seat??"
"No leh, why?"
"Got one bugger who's drunk n just seated across us... anyway.."

Anyway she's not trained like me watching too many Chow Yun Fatt movies, n mixing with bad company. haha..

As we went to get the car, I noticed from far one malay auntie, kaoz..
*only see the head, like giving summon one leh*
I quickly pressed my car remote..

"paisei, went off awhile* n smile at her.. phew.. !!

Another funny incident while driving home, my wife ask me to look at her "new" $300 hairdo from Reds. (Just got to know about the price when I saw the credit card bill)

"how's my hair ah? If I tied it this way..?"
"eh, I am driving leh.."
"Now traffic junction, can see my hair?"
"ah? I waiting to make a turn leh, anytime moving liao.."

Wonder is it my wife behaves like dat or most women..
Complicated.. haha..

My timid tang fish.. its yellow, suppose to be fierest among the tangs, but this one seem to be exceptional, I got to use long zoom to get this clear shot.
Totally worth it, after an hour of stakeout (standing behind my house pillar)



One nice portion of right side of my fish tank.. Seem pack with corals goodies, actually the tank is quite bare except for here..


okay, should not have name this bugger shit eater. Hard working fellow, comes out when the lights are off and move the dung.. Reminds me of some characters from the Star Wars show.. hiakhiak..
